During the Tokyo Olympics, the 2nd ball court was used as the second pitch for field hockey. Presently, this artificial grass ball court is used for soccer, lacrosse, American football, gateball, and athletic meets. It also hosts various competitions in soccer and American football. The ball court is equipped with nighttime lighting, and is available for night matches.
