During the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, served as the venue for the preliminaries in soccer. With seating in the stands for 20,010 spectators, the Athletic Fields have hosted the All Japan High School Soccer Tournament, the All Japan Rugby Football Championship, J. League matches, and other top-level sports events. It also hosts events for general participants, such as running events and the Komazawa Junior Soccer School. The track is open to users of the training room, except on days when it has been reserved for group use or is closed for maintenance.

First-time users of the training room must complete a simple health check. Please feel free to mention it to the trainers if you would like to create a personalized training menu. These steps will be performed in the check & relaxation room within the training room.
