Primary business

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is progressing with business to support sports medicine and science with the aim of developing and strengthening competitors, and improving the quality of coaches and trainers in preparation for the Sports Festival in Tokyo 2013 (National Sports Festival). This business provides support by individual competitive event in cooperation with universities, a first for Japan, hosts courses on medicine / science, and dispatches personnel (doctors, trainers, nutritionists, etc.). The business supports top-level athletes in the interest of improving competitiveness.
